133t speak is, by pure definition, the internet version of "curb-speaking", speaking without that much effort. Hence why most "typical 133t speakers" use numbers instead of letters, as well as using keys that are close together.

Now, "XD" may seam, at first glance, to be in the same category as the standard smile "" (Due to the fact that "XD" when turned to the side, looks like a face)
